1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the KKBD platform in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KKBD.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KKBD platform. Continued use of KKBD after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. KKBD recommends that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use KKBD, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be accessing KKBD from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of KKBD or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from KKBD for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

KKBD reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, KKBD may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one KKBD account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your KKBD account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. KKBD is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KKBD login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. KKBD will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact KKBD support immediately.

• All registration details must be accurate and verifiable

• KKBD may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

KKBD offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on KKBD, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on KKBD use a provably fair random number generation (RNG) system. The outcome of every round is determined by a cryptographic seed that is generated before the round begins. The hash of this seed is published before you place your stake, and the original seed is revealed after the round ends so you can independently verify the result.

Each game on KKBD has its own specific rules, payout structures, and minimum/maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the game interface before you begin playing. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a stake. KKBD is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All KKBD games use provably fair RNG — outcomes cannot be manipulated by KKBD or any player
• Game results are final once confirmed by the KKBD system
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, KKBD reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to all affected players
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches is prohibited and will result in account suspension
• KKBD reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KKBD. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or using more than one KKBD account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with KKBD games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using KKBD for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KKBD staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

8 Account Suspension and Closure

KKBD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if KKBD reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• The account holder has provided false or unverifiable identity information
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit made to the account
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to KKBD or other players

If your account is suspended pending investigation, KKBD will notify you via your registered contact details. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, KKBD reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with the account.

You may also request the closure of your own KKBD account at any time by contacting KKBD support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

9 Privacy and Data

KKBD collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on KKBD, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. KKBD uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

KKBD applies industry-standard encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the KKBD platform. Your financial information is never stored in plain text. KKBD does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming
